The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Copy-Editing Internship Program
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is accepting applications for its paid 12-week copy-editing internship program. Successful candidates must have at least one internship at a daily newspaper and will be able to edit stories, cutlines and other content for completeness, clarity and tone. They also must be able to craft compelling headlines and cutlines on deadline. Most shifts are from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and some weekend work will be required. Positions are available for college students or recent graduates for the fall and spring semester. Candidates with experience in graphics will be given special consideration.
